Ed Modanio (D50Ed) trying out my guitar.
It's a heartfelt ballad, I can guarantee you.
My traveling companion this time, the Clapton Madagascar 000-28. See my other gallery for guitar-porn on this one...
Photo at the Martin factory.
I believe Eric's playing his 000-42M, the older sister to my 000-28M.
The new Jorma Kaukonen M-30. We're all raving about it. It has the same binding as my 2008 OM-30 DB Pat Donohue, they're the only 2 guitars to have it since the 1920's.
This is a great guitar.
On tour. That's UMGF'ers Dave and Jeanne Martin (no relation to CFM) in the back.
Sam Cornetto, our superb tour guide at the Martin factory on Friday.

Freshly-drilled peg holes.
Hell if I know what he's doing.
Neck-fitting, using a jig to ensure proper alignment and centering.
